HUNGARIAN CHEESE SPREAD 
3 1/4 lb. sticks butter
8 oz. cream cheese
7 1/2 oz. farmers cheese
Sm. onion, finely chopped
Mustard
Paprika

Mix butter and cheese real well. Blend in onion. Add couple of teaspoons of mustard (depending on the type you use) and paprika. Mix should be bright red and taste tangy. Serve with dark bread or crackers.
