1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
16 oz. diced beets
salt and pepper to taste

Combine butter, vinegar and sugar in 1-quart saucepan over medium heat. Bring to boil. Add beets and stir. Heat thoroughly. Season to taste.
