2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 graham cracker pie crust

Mix 4 ingredients with electric mixer until well blended. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool; refrigerate for 3 hours. Top with fresh fruit or your favorite topping.
