EGG SANDWICH SPREAD 
5 hard cooked eggs, chopped fine
1 c. stuffed olives, chopped
1 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. minced onion
1 c. mayonnaise

Mix ingredients thoroughly. Spread on rye, French or white bread. Makes 3 1/2 cups spread and approximately 72 party sandwiches. May add 2 extra eggs if needed.
