TIPSY FRUIT SALAD | |
1 lg. can sliced peaches 1 lg. can pineapple pieces 1 lg. can peeled apricots 1 lg. can pears (cut in pieces) 1 can sweet cherries 2 c. shredded coconut 1 c. pecan pieces 1 c. white raisins 1 c. dark raisins 2 apples, cored and diced (1/2 inch sq.) 1 can mandarin orange slices 1 can or jar grapefruit slices 3 c. white rum Pour off juice from all cans of fruit. (This can be frozen and used in punch.) A small amount of juice will remain in cans. This is used in recipe. Put all ingredients in large glass jar or bowl; mix and refrigerate. Will keep several days. |
