40 oz. orange juice
46 oz. pineapple juice
2 shots gin
5 shots vodka
3 shots bourbon
3 shots Scotch
1 shot coconut rum
3 shots creme de banana

Add all the above to a gallon jug. Top with golden rum to make a full gallon. This is a smooth, but potent, antidote for what ails you!
