LASAGNE PIE 
1/2 c. cottage cheese, creamed
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 c. milk
2 eggs
2/3 c. Bisquick
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10 x 1 1/2 inch pie plate. Spread cottage cheese in pie plate. Cover with Parmesan cheese. Mix cooked beef, 1 cup of the Mozzarella cheese, oregano, basil and tomato paste. Spoon evenly over top of cheese. Beat milk, eggs, baking mix, salt and pepper for 15 seconds in blender.

Pour over meat in pie plate. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Return to oven 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted. 6-8 servings.
