LASAGNA PIE 
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 c. milk
2 eggs (or egg substitute)
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. basil leaves
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
2/3 c. biscuit mix
1 tsp. salt

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 10-inch pie pan. Layer cottage and Parmesan cheese in plate. Mix meat, herbs, paste and 1/2 Mozzarella. Spoon on top.

Beat milk, baking mix, eggs, salt and pepper 15 seconds in blender on high or beat 1 minute with hand mixer. Pour over meat mixture. Bake 30-35 minutes. Sprinkle with rest of Mozzarella cheese.
