JANET'S LASAGNA PIE 
1/2 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 c. milk
2/3 c. Bisquick
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a 10 x 1 1/2 inch pie plate. Layer cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese in plate. Mix cooked beef, oregano, basil, dash of garlic salt is optional, tomato paste, and 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese. Spoon evenly over top. Beat milk, egg, Bisquick, salt, and pepper until smooth - 15 seconds in blender or 1 minute with hand mixer. Pour into plate. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted halfway center and edge comes out clean, 30-35 minutes. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and add some sharp cheese. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serves 6-8.
