ORANGE FRENCH TOAST 
8 slices day-old bread
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. orange juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 c. corn flakes, crushed fine
Butter

SAUCE:

1/4 c. frozen orange juice concentrate
1/4 c. milk
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. water

Remove crusts from bread and cut in circles. Mix beaten eggs and orange juice, salt and pepper. Dip bread in egg mixture, then into crushed corn flakes. Heat butter in skillet. Cook over medium heat 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown. To make sauce, mix ingredients well and heat but do not boil. Serve hot over French Toast.
