BAKED FLUFFY ORANGE FRENCH TOAST 
6 eggs, separated
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. grated orange peel
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. milk
12 slices bread
Powdered sugar

SAUCE:

1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. orange marmalade

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Grease large cookie sheet. Beat egg whites until stiff; set aside. Beat egg yolks; stir in orange peel, salt, orange juice, and milk. Fold in egg yolk mixture into beaten egg whites. Dip bread slices until coated evenly. Place on cookie sheet. Bake 5-8 minutes until golden brown (do not turn). In small saucepan, combine sour cream and marmalade. Heat over low heat until just warmed. Serve with toast.
