ORANGE WALNUT FRENCH TOAST 
4 eggs
2/3 c. orange juice
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. butter (melted)
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Italian bread cut in 1-inch slices

HE NIGHT BEFORE:

Beat eggs with wire whisk, then beat in orange juice, milk, sugar, nutmeg and vanilla. Place bread in single layer in casserole. Pour mixture over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Be sure casserole has a tight fitting lid, so you can turn it once before retiring.

N THE MORNING:

Pour melted butter on cookie sheet; spread evenly. Arrange soaked slices in single layer on pan. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake 20-25 minutes in 400 degree oven or until golden brown. Serves 3-4.
