DILLY CASSEROLE BREAD 
1 pkg. active dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
2 tbsp. sugar
1 unbeaten egg
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. instant onion
2 1/4 - 2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. dill seed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 c. creamed cottage cheese

Soften yeast in water. Combine in mixing bowl cottage cheese, sugar, onion, butter, dill seed, salt, soda, egg and softened yeast. Add flour to form a stiff dough, beating well after each addition.

Cover; let rise in warm place until doubled in size, 50-60 minutes. Stir down dough; turn into well greased casserole, 8 inches round or 1 1/2 - 2 quart mixing bowl. Let rise in warm place until light, 30-40 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes until golden brown. Turn out of bowl and brush with soft butter while warm; sprinkle with salt. Very good with lasagna or spaghetti.
