TURKEY TENDERLOIN SUPREME 
1 pkg. turkey breast tenderloins
1 tbsp. butter
1 med. onion, sliced into rings
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
4 servings hot cooked rice

Melt butter in skillet on medium-high. Add turkey and onion and cook 5 minutes, turning occasionally. Stir in soup and reduce heat. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Remove turkey to platter. Add cheese to skillet. Stir until melted. Serve over turkey and rice. 2 to 4 servings.
