CRISP SUGAR COOKIES 
1 c. butter (Blue Bonnet)
3/4 c. oil
1 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs

Sift together 4 cups flour plus 2 tablespoons flour and:

1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine. Let stand in refrigerator overnight. Grease cookie sheets. Shape into balls and press down with glass.

Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
