SALISBURY STEAK 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. celery, chopped
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. chopped onion
Salt
Pepper

Mix above ingredients. Make into patties. Brown on both sides. Drain off grease. Pour 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup to which you add 1/2 can of water. Simmer 25 or 30 minutes, covered.
