BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
12 slices bread
2 c. chopped ham
8 oz. or 2 c. sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. American cheese
6 eggs
2 c. milk with 1/2 tsp. salt

Take crust off of bread, butter one side. Place 6 slices, butter side down in 9"x13" pan. Place ham and cheese on top. Put next 6 slices on top, butter side up. Pour beaten eggs and milk over all. Cover with foil. Set in refrigerator overnight. Remove foil. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
