BREAKFAST PIZZA | |
1/4 lb. ham, cubed 1 pkg. crescent rolls 1 c. thawed hash brown potatoes 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese 5 eggs 1/4 c. milk 1/4 oz. can mushrooms 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese 1/2 c. chopped, cooked onion Place crescent roll dough in ungreased 12 inch pizza pan, with points toward center. Press over bottom and sides to form crust, seal. Spoon ham over crust. Sprinkle with hash browns. Add vegetables. Top with cheese. In bowl, beat eggs, milk and 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Pour over crust. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 6. |
