MOM'S BROWNIES 
2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. flour
3 eggs
1/4 c. nuts
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter; add cocoa, sugar, eggs and flour. Blend well then add nuts and vanilla. Pour into greased 9 x 12 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. While warm cover with miniature marshmallows and place under the broiler until marshmallows are melted. Let cool. Then frost.

CHOCOLATE FROSTING:

1/3 c. canned evaporated milk
1/3 c. cocoa
1 lb. box confectioners' sugar
1/3 c. melted butter
1/8 tsp. salt

Bring evaporated milk to a boil, add butter to melt. Sift together confectioners' sugar, cocoa and salt. Add other ingredients and cream together then spread over top of marshmallows. Sprinkle with nuts if desired.
