BREAKFAST PIZZA 
1 lb. pork (or turkey) sausage
1 c. hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 pkg. crescent rolls
5 eggs
1/4 c. milk

In a skillet, cook sausage until browned; drain off fat. You can cook your hash brown potatoes if you would rather not use the frozen kind and have them ready. Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles and place them in an ungreased 12 inch pizza pan with points toward the center. Press the dough over the bottom and up sides. Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle with potatoes. Top with Cheddar cheese. Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper together. Pour over crust. Sprinkle Parmesan over that. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Very good.
