CHICKEN MELINDA 
3-4 lbs. chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Rotel tomato
Lg. pkg. Dorito corn chips
2 c. grated cheese

Boil chicken until tender. Debone and shred or cut into small pieces. Mix chicken, cream of mushroom soup and Rotel tomatoes. Crush Doritos in bottom of large casserole dish. Pour chicken mixture over chips. Crush and spread more Doritos to cover top of casserole. Sprinkle grated cheese over chips. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes or until hot.
