1 chicken, boiled and deboned
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 bag Doritos
1 lb. mild Cheddar cheese

Boil, debone, and chip chicken. Line bottom of casserole dish with Doritos. Mix soups, Rotel tomatoes, and chicken. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour over Doritos. Top with shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts.
