MOM'S CHESS PIE 
1 c. ground nuts
1 c. ground raisins
1 c. sugar
1/4 lb. butter
Dash of salt
2 eggs
2 tbsp. lemon juice (scant)

Cook all ingredients together in saucepan. Be sure to stir so it doesn't burn. Cook just until it begins to bubble, then pour into baked pie shell. Small pieces are sufficient (it is very rich).
