STUFFED MEAT ROLLS ITALIANO 
1/2 lb. ground beef and pork sausage
1/4 lb. Italian dressing
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
8 thin slices of cooked ham (opt.)
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. oregano, basil

Combine beef and sausage, 2 tablespoons Italian dressing and parsley, mix well. Roll out 1/2 of mixture between sheets of wax paper into a rectangle. Lay 2 slices of ham on rectangle, sprinkle with cheese. Roll up jelly roll fashion and pinch ends closed. Put the two meat rolls seam side down on rack in baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. In saucepan, combine 2 tablespoons dressing, tomato sauce, oregano and basil. Simmer 10 minutes. Serve over meat.
