STRAWBERRY RHUBARB JAM 
5 c. rhubarb
2 to 3 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) box strawberry Jello
Fresh or frozen strawberries (if desired)

Clean and cut rhubarb into small pieces. Sprinkle sugar over rhubarb and let stand overnight. Cook over medium heat until rhubarb is soft. Add sliced strawberries, if desired. Cook a few minutes longer until strawberries are soft. Add Jello. Put into jars immediately.
