STRAWBERRY RHUBARB JAM | |
5 c. rhubarb, cut in 1-inch pieces 1 c. sliced strawberries 3 c. sugar 1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin In a large pan, combine rhubarb, strawberries, and sugar. Let stand 1/2 hour. Bring to a boil and simmer 12 minutes. Remove from heat and add gelatin. Mix well until gelatin is dissolved. Pour into sterilized jars and seal. Excellent on hot biscuits. |
