RHUBARB - STRAWBERRY JAM 
5 c. finely chopped rhubarb
4 c. granulated sugar
3 oz. pkg. strawberry Jello

Mix the rhubarb and sugar well. Heat slowly over a low flame. Boil for 10 minutes. Then remove form flame and immediately stir in the strawberry Jello until dissolved. Cool slightly before putting into jars.
