CORN CASSEROLE | |
1 med. can whole kernel corn 1 med. can cream corn 1 sm. can evaporated milk 1 c. crushed Ritz cracker crumbs 12 oz. shredded Swiss cheese 2 eggs 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. butter Beat eggs. Add whole kernel corn; save the liquid. Add 1/4 of the liquid to the mix. Add cream corn. Add milk, butter, salt and pepper. Fold in cracker crumbs. Mix together. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. |
