PEANUT BUTTER BALLS 
10 oz. peanut butter
1 cube butter
1 lb. confectioners' sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/2 lb. milk chocolate
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cake parawax

Mix peanut butter, butter, sugar and vanilla with hands. Shape into teaspoon size balls. In double boiler or microwave melt parawax and then add chocolate and melt. Dip balls into chocolate and set on waxed paper. Keeping the chocolate warm makes the dipping easier. Yield: 100.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
