PEANUT BANANA BREAD 
2 pkg. dry yeast
1/3 c. warm water
3/4 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 lg. ripe bananas (mashed)
1 egg
1 c. milk, scalded and cooled
1 1/2 tsp. salt
6 to 7 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water and let set until bubbly. Cream peanut butter, sugar, and bananas until creamy; add egg, scalded cooled milk, yeast, and salt; blend well. Add 2 cups flour, beat well. Stir in additional flour to make stiff dough. Turn out on floured board and knead 10 minutes. Add flour to keep dough from sticking. Let rise until double in bulk. Divide into 2 loaves and let rise. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Cover after it browns to keep from burning.
