MANDARIN ORANGE BARS 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges
Juice from 1 can oranges

FROSTING:

2 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Mix flour, sugar, soda, salt, eggs, oranges and juice together. Bake in 9"x13" pan at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. FROSTING: Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese and vanilla, until smooth. Frost bars and sprinkle with walnuts.
