MENEHUNE PINEAPPLE BREAD 
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 tbsp. flour
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple in own juice
4 slices white or whole wheat bread, cubed

Combine eggs, sugar, butter, flour and pineapple. Mix in bread. Pour into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 6-8.
