SMOTHERED CHICKEN 
1 cut up chicken
Salt
Pepper
1/3 c. water
Flour
1 stick butter

Salt and pepper chicken pieces. Roll in flour. Put 1/3 cup water and butter in baking dish. Place coated chicken in dish. Bake in slow (350 degree) oven until tender. If appears to be getting dry, add a little more water. The result is a delicious chicken and gravy.
