PEPPER STEAK 
2 or 3 lbs. Round steak or Sirloin steak, cut into strips
2 med. onions, cut in strips
2 bouillon cubes (beef), or use 1 can beef bouillon soup
1 c. water
3 tbsp. soy sauce
Sliced bell peppers, to taste

Brown round steak or sirloin steak in skillet until brown on all sides. Add onions, cut into pieces, and cook until tender. Mix 2 bouillon cubes with 1 cup of water or use 1 can beef bouillon soup. Add 3 tablespoons soy sauce. Stir into onions and steak mixture and simmer covered 10 minutes. Next add sliced bell peppers (to taste) and simmer to desired tenderness. While this is simmering, mix: 1/4 c. water

Mix together and stir into above mixture and cook for about 1 or 2 minutes or until thickened.

VARIATIONS: Omit bouillon soup and use 1 large can of Hunt's special sauce.
