2 steaks, club, round or sirloin
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
Pinch of black pepper
Pinch of meat tenderizer
1 bell pepper, cut in long strips

In oil, saute steak and bell peppers until tender (about 350 degrees in an electric skillet for 30 minutes).
