BEKAH'S FAVORITE CHILI | |
1 lb. hamburger 1 med. onion, chopped 1 clove garlic, crushed 1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes 2 to 3 tbsp. chili powder 2 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. pepper 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 cans Bush's chili hot beans 1 jar pepperoncini with peppers, chopped Several dashes Tabasco Grated sharp cheese Sour cream Cook and stir hamburger, onion, and garlic in saucepan; drain. Stir in tomatoes (with liquid), chili powder, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, and pepperconcini peppers. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 1 hour. Stir in beans. Bring to a boil. Cover. Simmer for 30 minutes. Serve with a plop of sour cream and grated cheese. 5 servings (about 1 cup each). |
