BURRITOS - A SUNDAY FAMILY

25 to 30 frozen burritos
1 1/2 heads lettuce
4 diced tomatoes
2 diced peppers
2 lg. onion, diced
1 lg. carton sour cream
3 lg. pkg. shredded taco cheese
1 can sliced dark olives
1 jar mild salsa
1 jar hot salsa

Separate beef and bean burritos, and cheese and beef burritos on cookie sheets. Heat burritos according to directions. Have above toppings ready in assembly line. Add cheese first so it melts, followed by other ingredients. Top with sour cream, olives and salsa. Goes good with finger jello.
