CHICKEN BURRITO 
4 chicken breasts
1 sm. can chopped chilies
2 c. shredded cheese (1/2 Mozzarella, 1/2 Cheddar)
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. mild salsa
Flour tortilla shells

Cook chicken, debone, cut up. Mix chilies, 1 cup cheese, sour cream, salsa with chicken. Spread mixture over tortilla shells (will fill 6-8 shells), roll up and place in a microwavable casserole. Add the remainder of the cheese to the top of the burritos. Microwave for 4 minutes. Turn dish and microwave another 4 minutes or until cheese is well melted. Serve with additional salsa and sour cream.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
