MEAT TURNOVER 
1 green pepper
1 can tomato sauce
1 sm. onion
Dash of paprika
1 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
1 lb. hamburger
1 tsp. oil
2 c. water

Put first 5 ingredients into a small frying pan with the oil. Prepare hamburger meat, taking out excess fat. When first 5 ingredients are lightly browned, mix in with hamburger meat.

Prepare flour to make a soft dough; if needed, use more water for dough. Cut dough in small squares and put on the meat filling. Deep fry.
