PICKLED ASPARAGUS | |
Blanch asparagus for 1 minute, then cool quickly in ice water. Pack jars with 1 clove garlic and asparagus spears. Pour in boiling brine made of: 2 qt. water 8 tbsp. salt 2 tbsp. whole pickling spices Seal jars and process in simmering water bath for 5 minutes to insure seal. |
