ANGEL BISCUITS 
5 c. flour
1 c. shortening
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. warm water

Soften dry yeast in 1/4 cup warm water. Mix flour, sugar, soda, salt and baking powder. Mix in shortening. Add yeast with buttermilk and mix. Knead on lightly floured surface until smooth.

Place in large greased bowl and cover. Store in refrigerator until ready to cook. Let rise 1/2 hour before baking. This will keep for days in refrigerator. (Oven 400 degrees).
