BAKED LEMON CHICKEN 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. celery, chopped
1 stick butter
1/2 tsp. sugar
Salt & pepper to taste
4 skinned boneless chicken breasts

Saute onions and celery slightly. Mix above ingredients and pour over chicken breasts in casserole dish. Cook, covered for 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover and cook 15 to 20 minutes to brown. Serve over wild rice.
