POTATO SALAD 
6 potatoes, cooked in jackets (4 c. cubed)
1 onion, chopped
3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1 c. chopped celery
1 cucumber, diced
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. French dressing
Mayonnaise

Combine ingredients except dressings. Chill and marinate in French dressing 4 to 6 hours. Just before serving, add mayonnaise and mix carefully. If desired, add 1 teaspoon celery seed. Serves 8.
