IMPOSSIBLE QUICHE 
1 c. cooked green beans, drained
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained
1 c. chopped ham or cooked chicken or crumbled bacon
1 (4 oz.) c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Sprinkle green beans, mushrooms, onion, ham, chicken or bacon, and cheese in a deep 10" pie plate.

In blender, place milk, Bisquick, eggs, salt and pepper. Blend 15 seconds on high speed. Pour over first mixture in pie plate. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let set 5 minutes before serving.

NOTE: Instead of the green beans, you may use 1 cup of mixed vegetables or 1 cup frozen green peas, rinsed and drained. Bake 400 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until done, when knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve with hot buttered biscuits or toast.
