ZUCCHINI BREAD 
3 c. zucchini, shredded
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. parsley
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. season salt
Dash pepper
4 eggs, beaten

Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes in a 9 x 12 inch baking dish.
