ZESTY BACON DIP 
1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
4 slices bacon, crisp-fried, crumbled
1 tbsp. horseradish
1 tbsp. chopped scallions
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. chopped pimento

Mix cottage cheese and cream cheese in bowl. Stir in bacon, horseradish, scallions, parsley and pimento. Chill for 1 hour. Serve with vegetable flavored crackers. Yield: 2 cups.
