CHICKEN SPAGHETTI 
1 fat hen
1 stalk celery, cut up
2 buttons of garlic, cut up
4 oz. mushrooms and liquid
2 c. tomato juice
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. paprika
1/2 bottle ketchup
8 oz. spaghetti
8 oz. Wisconsin sharp cheese

Cook fat hen about 1/2 done and cut up. Simmer in butter until done celery, garlic, and onions. Add mushrooms and liquid tomato juice, chili powder, paprika, and ketchup. Add cut up chicken pieces. Cook spaghetti in chicken broth in large casserole bowl. Put layer of spaghetti, chicken, spaghetti, chicken, and top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
