GOLDEN PARMESAN POTATOES 
6 large potatoes, pared/quartered
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. butter

Combine seasonings in plastic bag. Shake potatoes and coat well with mixture. Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Place potatoes in pan and bake at 375°F for 1 hour, turning once.
