GOLDEN PARMESAN POTATOES 
6 lg. potatoes, peeled and quartered
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. flour
Salt and pepper to taste
1/3 c. butter

Combine flour, cheese, salt, and pepper in bag. Moisten potatoes with water and shake them a few at a time in bag, coating well. Melt butter in a 13 x 9 inch pan. Place potatoes in single layer in pan. Bake at 375 degrees for at least 1 hour, turning once. Serve 6-8.
