GOLDEN BAKED POTATOES 
9 potatoes, boiled, cooled & refrigerated for 48 hours ahead
1/4-1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 c. half & half
1/2 c. butter
1 tbsp. salt
A few dashes of onion salt

Peel and grate the cooled potatoes. Heat the half & half, butter, salt and grated cheese (save some for the top) until cheese starts to melt. Do not boil. Mix all ingredients and pour into buttered baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Sprinkle reserved cheese on top and bake for 15 more minutes.
